In a saucepan, on a medium heat, combine water, cardamom pods, and sugar.
Stir it until the sugar dissolves, add in the orange color, and turn it on low.
In a medium size fry pan, on medium heat, add the semolina.
Keep stirring the semolina until golden.
Add in the butter and mix well.
Now add in the water and sugar mixture into the semolina.
Keep stirring it big bubbles are formed and it's no longer a runny consistancy this process will take 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
Serve it hot or let it cool down.
