- 3 teabags I use the brand Vital
- ½ cup half n half
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 tsp sugar or as needed
Whole spices
- 6 green cardamoms
- 3 cloves
- 1 star anise
Cut think slices of ginger.
Bring water to a boil on medium heat in a saucepan.
Add whole spices and ginger
Now add teabags.
Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium.
Add milk and sugar.
Cover with lid and cook on low for 5 minutes.
