coriander powder
sabut danya

citric acid
(optional)
Instructions
Dry roast the coriander seed in a fry pan. (Make sure you dry roast lightly, coriander seeds shouldn't turn brown.)
Let it cool down for 2 minutes.
Then transfer it in a grinder.
Now add citric acid (optional)
Grind it until it's powder form.
Store it in an airtight container.
