Ingredients

olive oil

water
Whole spice

cumin seeds
Powdered spices

tsp
red chili powder

tsp
turmeric powder

kosher salt
or as needed
Instructions
In a medium-size pot, on medium heat, add olive oil, and let it heat up.
Add cumin seeds let it sizzle.
Then add potatoes sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
Add powdered spices and salt and mix.
Add water, mix, and let it come to a boil.
Then cover the lid and let it cook for 9-10 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Serve it with a chapati. Enjoy!
