Ingredients

Whole Spices

  • 6 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 4 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp black peppercorns
  • 22 cloves
  • 1 tsp carom seeds ajwain
  • 4 tsp fennel seeds sauf

Powdered Spices

  • 5 tbsp dried mango powder amchur powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp dried pomegranate powder anardana powder
  • 2 tsp dried ginger powder sonth
  • tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black salt

Instructions

  • In a fry pan, on medium heat. add the whole spices.
  • Let them dry roast for 1 minute.
  • Now add the whole spices in a spice grinder and grind them until they are powder form.
  • Take the powder form whole spices in a bowl or a jar.
  • Now mix in the salt and powdered spices.
  • Mix well and enjoy!
