Whole Spices
- 6 tbsp cumin seeds
- 4 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 tsp black peppercorns
- 22 cloves
- 1 tsp carom seeds ajwain
- 4 tsp fennel seeds sauf
Powdered Spices
- 5 tbsp dried mango powder amchur powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp dried pomegranate powder anardana powder
- 2 tsp dried ginger powder sonth
- 2½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black salt
In a fry pan, on medium heat. add the whole spices.
Let them dry roast for 1 minute.
Now add the whole spices in a spice grinder and grind them until they are powder form.
Take the powder form whole spices in a bowl or a jar.
Now mix in the salt and powdered spices.
Mix well and enjoy!
