Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Garlic Butter Mushrooms are lightly sauted infused with fresh herbs along with some garlic. It's a ideal side dish from your weeknight meal to your thanksgiving feast. It comes together in 10 minutes.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 lbs mushrooms
- 1 tbsp thyme fresh or dried
- 1 tbsp parsley fresh or dried
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp white grape juice
- salt and pepper as needed
- 2 tbsp water optional
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour optional
In a saucepan, heat butter and oil on medium heat.
Saute the onion and garlic until soften about 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Add white grape juice and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper then cook for 30 seconds and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and thyme.
Notes:
If it gets too runny, in a separate bowl add water and all purpose flour and mix it together. Stir in that mixture slowly to prevent any lumps. Keep stirring until it's smooth.
