Instant Pot 10-Minute Sweet Dahlia

- 1 cup cracked wheat dahlia
- 2 cups water
- a pinch kosher salt
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
Add cracked wheat to an Instant Pot.
Select sauté mode.
Sauté the cracked wheat for 30 seconds or until it's golden in color.
Add water.
Bring to a boil and add salt.
As soon as it start boiling cover the lid.
Pressure it for 5 minute or until the cracked wheat is fully cooked.
Release the pressure and remove the lid.
Add milk and mix well.
Add sugar and mix well.
Serve it with your favorite topping or as is.
