- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 lbs goat mutton
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 green peppers
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- ginger julienne for garnish
In an Instant pot, on sauté mode, add oil.
Let the oil heat up.
Add the meat and saute the meat for 5 minutes.
Now add salt and mix well for 2 minutes.
Then add garlic paste and mix that around for 2 minutes.
Place the whole tomatoes.
Add the green peppers.
Mix everything around for 3 minutes.
Then select pressure and pressure it for 15 minutes or until the meat is done.
Then smash down the tomatoes (as shown in the video.)
Then in a mortar & pestle crush the black peppercorns.
Sprinkle that in the Instant Pot, mix well and let it cook for few minutes.
Garnish with fresh ginger.
