Peshwari Mutton Charsi Karahi With Black Peppercorns is easy, flavorful, and made with just a few ingredients. Few weeknight dinners come together as quickly — or taste as delicious — as this one!
As you know, y’all are the reason my Mutton Karahi and Chicken Karahi became so popular — which is why I proudly call myself the Queen of Karahis! So, of course, I’m bringing you Charsi Karahi recipe. Trust me, y’all better make this one — it’s way too good to miss!

The word "charsi" is used for any addict! so in other words the meaning of this Karahi is "Addicting Karahi". It sure is I grantee it.

My mom and I first tasted Charsi Karahi in Lahore — and oh my God, I still remember that first bite. The aroma, the sizzle, the rich tomato base — it was pure magic. I couldn’t get that flavor out of my mind for years. Every time I thought of Lahore, I could almost taste it again.

After three years of testing, tweaking, and playing with the spice ratios, my mom and I finally recreated that same unforgettable taste. One bite, and it felt like we were right back in that bustling Lahori dhaba, sharing a plate and a memory that never faded.
