- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- mango chunks
Add 1½ cup of milk and sugar in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
Let it heat up.
Meanwhile, add ½ cup of milk and mix in the custard powder, mix well and make sure that this mixture isn't lumpy.
Once the milk mixture start simmering add in the custard powder mixture.
Take a whisk and whisk for 2 minutes.
Turn off the stove.
Take the saucepan off the stove.
At this time you can add some mango chunks in your saucepan and give it a quick mix. (optional step)
Dish it out in a bowl or bowls.
garnish with mango chunks.
Cover and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to overnight.
Serve it cold when ready to serve it.
