Whole Spices
- 2 tsp coriander seeds sabut danya
- ½ tsp nigella seeds kalongi
- 1 tsp cumin seeds zeera
- ½ tsp fennel seeds sauf
- 1 cinnamon stick dal chini
- 2 cloves long
- 5 black peppercorns sabut kali mirch
- 3 green cardamom pods sabut hari elachi
- 1 black cardamom kali elachi
Powder Spices
- 2¼ tsp dried mango powder amchur powder
- 1¼ tsp red chili powder peesa huwi lal mirchi
- 2 tsp coriander powder peesa huwa danya
- 1 tsp turmeric powder haldi
- ¼ tsp garam masala powder peesa huwa garam masala
- 1½ tsp salt namak
Add coriander seeds in a mortar pestle and gently crush them.
Now transfer in a bowl, now add the rest of the whole spices.
Next add the powder spices and salt to the whole spices.
Mix everything well and its ready!
