  • In a medium size pot, on medium heat, add oil, and let it heat up.
  • Add whole spices. Now mix that for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Add ginger garlic paste. Mix that for 20 seconds.
  • Now add ground beef and break down the ground beef with a wooden spoon. Let it cook until the ground beef changes it color to brown. (this step should take 5-7 minutes.)

  • Garnish with cilantro.

Egg wash

  • Whisk together egg and water.

Let's Assemble

  • Make sure puff pastry sheets are thawed.
  • Now cut them to a size and shaped desired. Most commonly we tend to cut in squares.
  • Take one and lay it on a plate.
  • Make sure rest puff pastry sheets are covered with a damp cloth.
  • Now follow to video to assemble it.
  • Then apply egg wash and some sesame seeds.
  • Now lay it aside and work on the next one.
  • While the assembled patties lay aside make sure you cover them with a paper towel so they won't dry and loose their shape.
  • If you want to freeze them for later now is the time or just bake them right away.

  • Place it in an oven for 10-12 minute or until they are golden on top and triple in size.
