TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS

- Following the assembly of each beef patty, shield it beneath a dampened paper towel.
- Remove them from the freezer approximately 30 minutes prior to the baking process.
WHAT TO PAIR WITH BEEF PATTIES?
Pair some fresh Green chutney with beef patties.
FREEZING AND THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
Once assembled, it’s best to bake the patties immediately. If you need to delay baking, freezing is the way to go. Start by placing the patties on a plate or tray, leaving enough space so they don’t touch.
Freeze them for 30-40 minutes until they are firm and chilled. Then, remove them from the freezer, transfer the patties to a ziplock bag, and return the bag to the freezer until you’re ready to bake. This method keeps the patties separate and prevents them from sticking together.
