Ingredients

egg

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 green pepper
  • ¼ medium onion
  • ½ roma tomato
  • 2 tsp cilantro finely chopped
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salted butter you can use unsalted butter too

Instructions

  • Make the paratha!

Let's make egg batter!

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, red chili powder, red chili flakes, and salt.
  • Next add cilantro, onion, tomato, and green pepper.
  • Mix everything together.

Let's Make the anda!

  • On medium heat, on a fry pan, add butter and oil, and let it heat up.
  • Add a thin layer of egg mixture.
  • Let it cook on both sides evenly.
  • Take out the fry pan.
  • Wrap it in a paratha and then parchment paper.
  • Serve Immediately.
  • Enjoy!
