- 1 green pepper
- ¼ medium onion
- ½ roma tomato
- 2 tsp cilantro finely chopped
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salted butter you can use unsalted butter too
Let's make egg batter!
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, red chili powder, red chili flakes, and salt.
Next add cilantro, onion, tomato, and green pepper.
Mix everything together.
Let's Make the anda!
On medium heat, on a fry pan, add butter and oil, and let it heat up.
Add a thin layer of egg mixture.
Let it cook on both sides evenly.
Take out the fry pan.
Wrap it in a paratha and then parchment paper.
Serve Immediately.
