- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 lbs chicken breast chopped into bite-size
- 2 bell peppers
Powdered spices
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt or as needed
In a medium size pot, on medium heat, add oil and let it heat up.
Now add onion, sauté until translucent.
Add salt and powdered spices.
Now mix well.
Next add bell peppers and give it a good mix.
Let it cook until bell peppers softens.
Now add chicken and mix well.
Let the it cook until it's tender.
