Turn on the Instant Pot on sauté mode.
Add oil and let it heat up.
Then add sliced onion and sauté it until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 1 minute.
Next add meat and mix it for 3-4 minutes or until it changes color.
Add in the whole spices and mix well for 2 minutes.
Then add yogurt and mix it for 3 minutes.
Add in the powdered spices, salt, and mix well.
Next add in the tomato puree and tomato paste.
Mix well for 4 minutes.
Seal the lid, pressure it for 15 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Vent the air and open the lid.
Select the sauté mode again.
Add in the cubbed cut onion.
Mix for 20 seconds.
Add in the fresh lemon juice.
Garnish with cilantro.
Turn the Instant Pot off.
