Ingredients

  • tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp dried mango powder amchur powder
  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients together.
  • Mix well.
  • Store it in an air-tight jar in a dry place at room temperature.
