Take out the potatoes from the fridge and peel the skin off.
Grate the potatoes in a bowl and set aside.
Drain all the water from the Dal. Make sure you get every ouce of water out from the dal bowl, and set it aside.
Take cumin powder and dry roast in a fry pan.
Now add ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, and ½ tsp salt to the bowl that has the grated potatoes and mix well.
Next mix in the rice flour and set it aside.
In the same fry pan that has the remainder cumin dry roast cumin powder, on medium heat, heat up 3 tbsp olive oil. (keep mixing)
Add coriander seeds and cumin seeds and keep mixing for 1 minute.
Next add in the lentils (dals) and mix it up for 30 seconds.
Add ½ tsp red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, black salt.
Mix everything well.
Next add water , mix well, and let it cook until all the water evaporates.
Now add in peas and paneer and mix well.
Let everything cook for 5 minutes.
Next add the raisins and mix well.
Add in the cilantro and mix well.
