- 2 lbs beef tenderloin (chunks)
- olive oil
Ingredients for the paste
Beef marination and smoked step
In a bowl, add beef and the paste.
Mix well!
Then add a little steel bowl on top of the beef.
Place a lit coal on the steel bowl.
Add 1 tsp of olive oil, as soon as the smoke comes out you'd need to cover the bowl to capture the smoke for 1 minutes.
Lift the lid, remove the steel bowl with coal and discard it.
Mix it well again.
Cover it with an airtight lid and place it in refrigerator. After 2 hours to overnight.
Cook it!
After marination, take it out of the refrigerator.
Give it a good mix.
Place the beef chunks on skewers.
On a skillet or fry pan, on medium heat, add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Let it heat up.
Place the skewers on the skillet or fry pan.
Let it cook on each side until the beef is fully cooked.
Turn off the stove.
Serve it with some green chutney.
