Introducing the delicious and mouth-watering, Easy Tender Homemade Beef Tikka , the ultimate barbecue delicacy from Pakistan. This amazing treat is made by marinating tenderloin in a few basic ingredients and Homemade Tikka Masala, giving it a unique and unforgettable flavor.

    WHAT IS BEEF TIKKA?

Easy Tender Homemade Beef Tikka are chunks of tenderloin wrapped in Homemade Tikka Masala on skewers. This recipe originated in Pakistan. Beef Tikka is juicy, tender, and a easy Pakistani recipe. It's mild spiced.

It's famous during Eid-al-Adha. This appetizer is ideal for any party or even a weeknight meal, given that you marinated the beef before. This Pakistani appetizer blends the filling nature of an entree with nimbleness of an appetizer just like Bihari Kababs and Tawa Chicken.

    DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TANDOORI AND TIKKA?

Tandoori is red in color, as compared to Tikka which is brown or orange-ish in color. Tandoori is made of with bone and Tikka consists of boneless chunks. The masala mixture is quite distinct in both. Check Chicken Tandoori and Chicken Tikka recipes on the blog.

    INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED!

    • Beef- I used ribeye beef because it's the softest and juiciest.
    • Homemade Tikka Masala- This is such a hassle-free spice blend just need few ingredients.
    • Papaya Chunks- They are the key ingredient for making the beef tender.
    • Ginger garlic paste- I used homemade ginger garlic paste but you can use store-bought.
    • Lemon juice- I used fresh lemon juice from a lemon but you can use store-bought lemon juice from a bottle.

    HOW TO MAKE BEEF TIKKA!!!

Add all the ingredients for the paste in a blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Marinate.

    Smoke it!

    Pan-fry it.

    Enjoy!

    HOW TO STORE IT?

There are two ways to store it. First, you can marinate it for 1-2 days in the refrigerator, then store it in the freezer until you're ready to cook and serve it. The other way is to store it after cooking. It will last 3-4 days in the refrigerator and 2-3 weeks in the freezer.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH BEEF TIKKA?

Serve Beef Tikka with Fresh Green Chutney.
