- 1 medium potato
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin seeds

Chop the onion, tomato, cilantro, and green pepper while potato are in the microwave.
Let's Make Aloo Chana Chaat
In a medium size fry pan, add olive oil, and let it heat up on medium heat.
add cumin seeds, sauté cumin seeds for 5-10 seconds.
Now add chickpeas, sauté them for 1 minute.
Now add powdered spices and salts.
Mix well!
Add onion, tomato, potato, and green pepper.
Now add lemon juice and cilantro.
