- ¼ cup boondi
- 1 cup yogurt
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp black salt
- ¼ tsp kosher salt or as needed
- ¼ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- ½ tsp green pepper finely chopped
Soak ¼ cup of boondi in one cup warm water for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, gently press the boondi between palms to squeeze out all the excess water.
Add yogurt along with red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, salt, sugar, cilantro, and green pepper and mix well.
Now add the boondi and lightly mix everything.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
