INGREDIENTS
- Boondi- In stores, two varieties of boondi are available: plain Boondi and masala Boondi. In this recipe, I opted for plain boondi, although I occasionally enjoy using masala boondi. As masala Boondi already contains added spices, it imparts an even more flavorful twist to the raita.
- Powder spices- Elevate the taste of this raita.
- Sugar- To balance out the savory with sweet.
