- 2 cup yogurt
- ½ bunch mint leaves
- 2 tbsp water
- ⅙ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp black salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Add 2 cups of yogurt in a bowl.
Pour 2 tbsp from the 2 cups of yogurt in a blender.
Now add mint leaves in the blender.
Pulse 2 tbsp of yogurt and mint leaves in a blender (don't pulse too much, we need to finely chop mint leaves).
Now add this mint mixture with the yogurt that's in the bowl.
Add chaat masala, water, salt, black salt, and black pepper.
Now mix it.
