    INGREDIENTS

    • Yogurt- Feel free to utilize your preferred variety of plain yogurt for this preparation.
    • Mint- Ensure that you exclude the mint stems and focus solely on the leaves. Be meticulous in plucking off all the required leaves.
    • Black salt- This raita features an exceptionally distinctive ingredient.
    • Chaat masala- Incorporate chaat masala into this recipe to introduce an additional layer of nuanced tanginess.

    HOW TO PREPARE PUDINA RAITA(MINT RAITA)?

    Add mint mixture in with yogurt in a bowl.

    Add chaat masala and other seasonings.

    Mix well!

    HOW TO STORE THIS RAITA?

    To keep Pudina Raita fresh, store it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Freezing is not recommended, as thawing causes the texture to become watery, losing its creamy consistency. This is based on firsthand experience, highlighting the importance of proper storage.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cup yogurt
    • ½ bunch mint leaves
    • 2 tbsp water
    • ⅙ tsp kosher salt
    • ⅛ tsp black salt
    • ⅛ tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp chaat masala

    Instructions

    • Add 2 cups of yogurt in a bowl.
    • Pour 2 tbsp from the 2 cups of yogurt in a blender.
    • Now add mint leaves in the blender.
    • Pulse 2 tbsp of yogurt and mint leaves in a blender (don't pulse too much, we need to finely chop mint leaves).
    • Now add this mint mixture with the yogurt that's in the bowl.
    • Add chaat masala, water, salt, black salt, and black pepper.
    • Now mix it.
