Smooth Pudina Raita(Mint Raita)
Ingredients
- 2 cup yogurt
- ½ bunch mint leaves
- 2 tbsp water
- ⅙ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
- Add 2 cups of yogurt in a bowl.
- Pour 2 tbsp from the 2 cups of yogurt in a blender.
- Now add mint leaves in the blender.
- Pulse 2 tbsp of yogurt and mint leaves in a blender (don't pulse too much, we need to finely chop mint leaves).
- Now add this mint mixture with the yogurt that's in the bowl.
- Add chaat masala, water, salt, black salt, and black pepper.
- Now mix it.
