In a medium size pot, on medium heat, add olive oil, and let it heat up.
Now add the whole spices, sauté that for ten seconds.
Add the grated onion.
Sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 10 seconds.
Now add salt and powder spices and mix well.
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Now cover the lid, cook on medium-low for 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally, Cook until it reaches that consistency as shown on video.
Next take out the whole spices.
Add the Chicken Tikka and mix well.
Now add ¼ water, and cover the lid let it cook on low for 4-5 minutes.
Add honey and heavy whipping cream and mix well.
Turn off the stove.
Garnish it with dried fenugreek leaves and fresh cilantro.
Serve it immediately with a hot naan or Basmati rice.
