WHAT IS CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA?
Authentic Chicken Tikka Masala (Step by Step) is a tomato based curry. Diverging from typical Pakistani/Indian recipes, this Indian main dish has its roots in England. All there's preparing the Chicken Tikka and cooking it in curry.
It's distinct from popular beliefs, debunking assumptions that it closely resembles Butter Chicken. Contrary to common misconceptions, Chicken Tikka Masala differs significantly from Butter Chicken. Notably, the preparation involves grating onions, a step absent in the Butter Chicken recipe. The texture of gravy and taste differs.
