- 1 lbs goat chops mutton chaaps
- olive oil for frying
Poke the meat with a sharp end of the knife. (see video)
Blend all the ingredients for the marinade. (see the ingredients' list)
Place chops in a bowl.
Add the mixture from the blender to the chops.
Mix it and massage the chops well.
Cover it in an air-tight container and place it in the refrigerator to marinate.
Add ⅓ cup of oil in a griddle pan.
Place your marinated chops in the griddle pan.
Cook on both sides.
Serve it with Green chutney.
