Ingredients

  • 1 lbs goat chops mutton chaaps
  • olive oil for frying

Ingredients to blend

Instructions

  • Poke the meat with a sharp end of the knife. (see video)
  • Blend all the ingredients for the marinade. (see the ingredients' list)
  • Place chops in a bowl.
  • Add the mixture from the blender to the chops.
  • Mix it and massage the chops well.
  • Cover it in an air-tight container and place it in the refrigerator to marinate.
  • Add ⅓ cup of oil in a griddle pan.
  • Place your marinated chops in the griddle pan.
  • Cook on both sides.
  • Serve it with Green chutney.
