Powdered spices and salt

dried pomegranate powder (head crushed, make sure it's not lumpy)

Garnish

Other Ingredients

cups
olive oil
or any neutral frying oil
Instructions
Peel the skin off the potatoes and cut them in medium cubes.
In a wok, on medium heat, add oil, and let it heat up.
Once it's heated add the potatoes.
Deep fry the potatoes until they are medium golden and crispy from the outside this process should take 5-7 minutes.
Take out in a bowl, remember to use slotted spoon to make sure they are no excess oil when placing the potatoes in a bowl.
Turn off the stove.
Now add powder spices, salt, and Green Chutney in the bowl with fried potatoes.
Next add Khaati Meethi Chutney and lemon and give it all a good mix.
Garnish with sev, pomegranate, and fresh cilantro.

You can adjust this recipe to suit the flavors of Aloo Chaat, adding or omitting ingredients as desired, but be sure to keep the fried potatoes.
