Yogurt Mixture
- ⅔ cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Potatoes
- 1 medium potato boiled, cubed
Boil the potato
In a microwave, heat a whole potato up from both side 3-4 minutes each.
Next after its done then peel and cut the potato in cubes.
Set aside.
Now let's assemble Papdi Chaat!
In a plate, layer up Papdi all over the plate.
Next add boiled black chickpeas.
Pour the yogurt mixture on top.
Add the boiled potatoes.
Sprinkle Chaat Masala and Dahi Baray Masala.
Then dollops of Green Chutney and Khaati Meethi Chutney across the plate.
Sprinkle onion on top.
Next sprinkle some green pepper and cilantro on top.
Lastly, sprinkle some Sev on top.
Now serve it immediately.
