- ½ cup black chickpeas
- ¼ medium onion chopped
- ½ medium tomato chopped
- 1 boiled potatoes cubed
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 phulkiyaan from dahi baray recipe
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped

Make the yogurt blend by whisking the yogurt, sugar, black salt, salt, and chaat masala powder and set aside.
Make the powdered spices and salt mixture and set aside.
In a plate, add black chickpeas.
Then add Phulkiyaan.
Next add the yogurt blend.
Sprinkle some powdered spices and salt mixture on the yogurt blend.
Now add some Khaati Meethi Chutney and Green Chutney.
Next add some boiled potatoes, onion, tomato, cilantro, fresh lemon juice, and green pepper.
Add lemon juice.
Sprinkle some sev on top.
Serve immediately.
