    Sarah- Sarah's Pink Smoothie is refreshing. It looks to pretty to eat but if you taste you're in for a surprise, because how come something looks and taste this good can be good for your body and mind. This smoothie is that good. You have to try to believe it.

     

    Dragon fruit is really good for fertility in men and women. If you're pregnant I highly encourage you to incorporate dragon fruit into your diet, because it has Vitamin B1 which will help the fetus to grow and minimize the chance of birth defects and diseases. Dragon might not be real but the the dragon fruit is a real thing. Dragon fruits are really good to stabilize blood sugar. Dragon fruits are one of the Superfoods.

    Strawberries are filled with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C. It's filled with nutrients; while banana are filled with fiber, and also vitamin B6. Bananas are a high source of potassium. Did you know your body digests the sugar from bananas much slower than refined sugars so you can get long lasting energy.

    This recipe can be make all year round. It's filled with antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and other nutrients.  I hope you give this recipe a try.     Sarah's Pink Smoothie is a sobert base. It's packed with nutrients and lots of benefits. It's a real treat for the body, mind, and tastebuds.

    Ingredients

    • 1 dragon fruit peeled and cut in half
    • 2 ripe bananas frozen
    • 7 strawberries
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1 ice cube
    • toffee bits for ganish

    Instructions

    • Add dragon fruit, bananas, strawberries, water, and ice cube in a blender. Blend it for 2 minutes.
    • Serve it in a bowl or glass sprinkle toffee bits at top.

    Enjoy!!!
