Let's Make Pakistani Chai!!!
15-Minute Pakistani Chai
Ingredients
- 4 cup water
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tea bags
- 2 cloves
- 4 green cardamoms
Instructions
- Slightly open the green cardamoms like in the video.
- In a saucepan, on medium heat, add water, and let it come to a boil.
- Add green cardamoms and cloves to the boiling water.
- Next add tea bags to the boiling water.
- Give it a good mix.
- Cover the lid, let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add milk, sugar, and give it a mix.
- Cover and let it cook for 5-6 minutes
- Serve it hot immediately.
