    WHAT IS CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA PIZZA?

    Easily make a delicious Homemade Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza by topping store-bought pizza dough with Chicken Tikka Masala, bell peppers, onions, and cheese. This creative blend of Italian and Indian flavors is perfect as either an Indian appetizer or Indian main dish recipe.

    WHY MAKE THIS RECIPE?

    4. It's loaded with flavor.
    5. It's also kids' lunch box friendly.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Chicken Tikka Masala- This can be pre-made 2-4 days before.
    • Cheeses- I used Mexican blend and mozzarella balls but you can use any type of cheese you want.
    • Bell peppers- Any color of bell peppers that your heart desires.
    • Onion- I prefer red onion because the white onion is on the sweeter side.
    • Crust- I used Trader Joe's pre-made pizza crust.
    • Olive Oil- I used Olive Oil but you can use any neutral oil you want.

    HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA PIZZA?

    Set up the pizza so everything is easily accessible.

    Brush some olive oil on the pre-made pizza crust.

    Add gravy from the Chicken Tikka Masala all over the crust.

    Place the chicken pieces from the Chicken Tikka Masala all over the crust.

    Add the Mexican blend cheese.

    Now add the bell peppers.

    Next add some onion, mozzarella ball, and some more Mexican blend cheese.

    Bake the pizza.

    Ingredients

    • pizza crust
    • chicken tikka masala
    • mexican blend cheese
    • mozzarella balls
    • olive oil
    • onion thinly sliced
    • bell pepper any color of bell pepper, thinly sliced

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven 425 for 5-8 minutes
    • Brush the crust with olive oil.
    • Apply the gravy on the crust from the chicken tikka masala as the main sauce of the pizza.
    • Place the chicken from the chicken tikka masala on top of the sauce on the crust.
    • Sprinkle some Mexican blend cheese.
    • Next sprinkle some bell pepper and onion.
    • Sprinkle little bit of Mexican blend cheese on top.
    • Now place mozzarella balls all over the crust.
    • Bake for 5-8 minutes. (Your pre-made crust's packaging should tell you how you are going to bake that crust, these timings are for the Trader Joe's crust only.)
    • Take out of the oven and let it sit on the counter for 2 minutes.
    • Serve immediately.
    • Enjoy!
