- Green pepper- This will increase the spicy level by a lot. My aunt adds green pepper to her kachumber recipe.
- Black Chickpeas- Some people including my mom add black chickpeas.
- Red chili flakes- Incorporate a touch of red chili flakes to infuse this recipe with a tantalizing spice kick.
