No Bake Sweet Mango Delight With Heavy Whipping Cream is a summer dessert. Mango Delight is an airy texture heavy whipping cream mango mixture with a biscuit based crust.

    WHAT IS MANGO DELIGHT?

No-Bake Sweet Mango Delight with Heavy Whipping Cream is a beloved summer dessert. For me, as a Pakistani, mangoes are the essence of summer. This dessert, which originated in Pakistan, has become a staple at Pakistani summer gatherings and pairs well with many dishes. My American friends adored it when I tested it on them.

This Pakistani dessert is a layered dessert that takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. It will transport you to a tropical paradise. This Pakistani recipe will capture everyone's heart, as I've combined my baking expertise and refined dessert flavor combinations to create it for you, just like my Ras Malai Tres Leches and Gulab Jamun Cheesecake.

    TIPS

    1. Prepare the biscuit crust. While some people prefer to hand-crush the biscuits. I prefer making the crust because the base has to be solid.
    2. Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks.
    3. Make sure you run a glass on the crust so it will help the shaping and texture.

    INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO DELIGHT

    • Heavy Whipping Cream- This will make the mango delight airy and fluffy texture.
    • Mangos- Mangos need to be ripe otherwise they will be sour.
    • Biscuit- I used the Marie biscuit but you are more than welcome to use digestive biscuit, Lotus biscuit, and sometime I even tried it with Oreos they tasted so good.
    • Butter- I used salted butter stick.
    • Condense Milk- I used just regular full sweetened condense milk but if you want to unsweetened condense milk you're more than welcome to it will be a healthier option.

HOW TO MAKE A MANGO DELIGHT?

Make the biscuit crust and leave

Heavy whipping cream until stiff peak. Make mango plup with some mangos.

Now add homemade mango plup, store-bought mango pulp, and sugar and fold it in with the heavy whipping cream.

Now add the heavy whipping cream mixture.

Break up some biscuit and add a layer of those.

    Now add little mango chunks.

Add the remaining heavy whipping cream mixture.

a hand holding dish filled with mango delight.

Next add mango chunks in the middle and the reaming biscuit crust on the side.

a hand holding dish filled with mango delight.

    Enjoy!

    HOW TO STORE IT?

Mango delight can be store in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. It is not a freezer-friendly dessert.

    HOW TO SERVE MANGO DELIGHT?

Mango Delight is suppose to be chilled prior to serving.

Hey Friend, You’ve made it this far, so now we’re basically best friends! If you make this recipe, I’d love for you to give it a quick review & star rating ★ below. Make sure you follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
