2-Minute Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney), with just a few ingredients, this recipe comes together easily to create a delicious and aromatic chutney.

    WHAT IS PUDINA CHUTNEY?

The 2-Minute Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney) is a perfect blend of fresh mint, cilantro, black salt, and a mix of carefully chosen ingredients. Originating from Pakistan and North India, this flavorful Indian/Pakistani dip recipe enhances the taste of various Pakistani/Indian recipes.

This Pakistani/Indian recipe is used with or on various appetizers like Mixed Chaat or Beef Samosas.

WHY DOES PUDINA CHUTNEY TURN BITTER?

Adding mint stalks to the mixture can lead to a bitter taste.

    HOW TO STORE PUDINA CHUTNEY?

To keep the mint chutney fresh and maintain its quality, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

    HOW LONG PUDINA CHUTNEY LAST?

When stored in the refrigerator, the chutney will keep its color, taste, and texture for 1-2 weeks, thanks to the vinegar in the recipe. It's best to consume it within this time and make a fresh batch afterward.

If stored in the freezer, the chutney can maintain its original quality, including color, taste, and texture, for 1-2 months.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Mint: Be careful not to include mint stems in the preparation.
    • Cilantro: Roughly chop the cilantro.
    • Black Salt: Adding black salt elevates the flavor of the chutney.
    • Green Pepper: Including green pepper adds a spicy kick and enhances the overall taste.
    • Vinegar: Vinegar not only boosts the flavor but also acts as a natural preservative, extending the chutney's shelf life.

    HOW TO MAKE PUDINA CHUTNEY?

    Add cilantro and mint.

Then add rest of the ingredient and blend.

    Enjoy!
