    INGREDIENTS

    • Cucumber- Make sure to finely chopped the cucumber.
    • Onion- Make sure to finely chopped the onion.
    • Yogurt- Make sure the yogurt is not runny, don't add milk or water to the yogurt.
    • Cilantro- Make sure cilantro is finely chopped.
    • Salt and pepper- The only seasonings in this recipe.

    HOW IS CUCUMBER RAITA PREPARED?

    Whip the yogurt.

    Add all the ingredients in.

    • 1 cup yogurt
