    Mango Lassi, a yogurt-based mango smoothie, is a perfect summer drink. Lassis come in all kinds of flavors: some are salty, some are sweet, some have mint, some have fruit.

    WHAT IS MANGO LASSI?

    Mango Lassi is a sweet, yogurt-based drink. The flavorful and refreshing drink is an international delicacy, most commonly found in the restaurants adorning the South Asian subcontinent. It's a perfect drink to cool down your body on a hot summer day. Mango Lassi is indubitably a must-try at any restaurant, but today I am here to help you make a tall, refreshing glass of the sugary drink at home.

    HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT MANGO LASSI?

    Mangos are the obvious ingredient here, but the pulp is the crucial part here. The pulp will enhance the taste. Here is the mango pulp that I use.

    HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE MANGO LASSI?

    When people make any kind of lassi they typically eyeball the ingredients, but I tried to write everything down to the T:

    • Chunks of mangos: Will give you the authentic mango flavor in your lassi.
    • Yogurt: A must-have, an irreplaceable component of any lassi.
    • Mango pulp: Enhances the flavor of the mango lassi.
    • Sugar: Brings the right amounts of sweetness.
    • Ice Cube: Will chill the lassi so it will be cool and refreshing.

    HOW TO MAKE THE PREPARE THE LASSI?

    1. In a blender, add mango chucks, mango pulp, sugar and blend it for 2 minutes.
    2. Now add yogurt, and ice cubes and blend it again for 2 minutes.
    3. Enjoy!
