Quick 2-Minute Sweet Rose Lassi is rose syrup blended in yogurt. It's known as Gulab ki Lassi in Urdu. It's extremely refreshing a great way to stay cool in the summer months. It originated in India. The South Asian love for rose made its way to our drinks. This Indian Drink is really unique. The color and taste are game changer to the Indian drink category.
Rose Lassi will look perfect for Valentine's day, Iftar, or party It will leave your guests talking about this lassi for days. We have other Lassis on the blog as well like Mango Lassi, Sweet Lassi, and Salty Lassi.
ROSE LASSI VS MANGO LASSI
Mango Lassi contain mango pulp in it as Rose Lassi consists of rose syrup. Both Lassis are yogurt based.
INGREDIENTS
- Yogurt- I used homemade yogurt but you can use store-bought as well.
- Rose syrup- This ingredient is widely available at any South Asian store.
- Sugar- I used regular sugar but you can use Stevia or even honey. Adjust the sugar according to your own taste.
- Ice- To keep it cool I included ice cubes.
HOW TO MAKE ROSE LASSI?
Add all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend!

HOW TO STORE IT?
Store the Rose Lassi in an air-tight pitcher in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. When ready to serve just blend it for 30 seconds in a blender. This recipe isn't freezer-friendly.

- 2 cups yogurt
- ½ cup rose syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Take Rose Lassi out in glasses.
