WHAT IS CILANTRO AND MINT CHUTNEY?

Check out this Quick 2-Minute Pakistani Cilantro And Mint Chutney! It is legit one of tastiest Pakistani dips/condiments packed with flavor. It contains cilantro, mint, ginger and other flavorful ingredients. This suplendid recipe originated In India and made it's way to Pakistan.

This is another version of the Green Chutney/Hari Chutney. This Cilantro And Mint Chutney goes on top of Chaats, Pakoras, and many other Pakistani Appetizers. It's gulten-free just like Khatti Meethi Chutney.

    CAN THIS CHUTNEY BE FREEZE?

Green Chutney is a breeze to freeze. Pop it in an ice tray or stash it in a ziplock bag and give it a chill. Three hours before you wanna serve it up, just let it thaw. You can whip this chutney up well ahead of time, and it won't lose its texture, flavor, or thickness.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Cilantro- It needs to be fresh cilantro. Discard all the black or dying leaves.
    • Mint- It needs to be fresh mint. Discard all the black or dying leaves and also discard the stem or the chutney will be sour.
    • Black Salt- A green chutney will be incomplete without black salt.
    • Ice- To make sure the bright green color stays fresh.
    • Ginger- only 1 inch ginger needed for this recipe.

HOW TO MAKE CILANTRO AND MINT CHUTNEY?

Gather up all the ingredients in a blender.

    Blend!

    Enjoy!

    HOW TO STORE THIS CHUTNEY?

You can totally keep it fresh by sealing it in an airtight jar and chilling it in the fridge or freezer. If you froze it, just take it out the night before to thaw.
