Tender Pakistani Beef Paya (Instant Pot) is made easy with the Instant Pot. Packed with impeccable warm flavors.
Tender Pakistani Beef Paya (Instant Pot)features tender trotters simmered in a flavorful onion-based curry, enriched with whole and ground spices. It's made with pretty basic ingredients that you'd have in your spice cabinet.

Listenโฆ Beef or Mutton Paya Curry is not just foodโitโs destiny. You donโt justย eatย it, you dive into it with chapati dripping in curry. So picture this: the very first time my family meets my husband, my mom serves Paya Curry. And me? Oh, I go full savage mode. I grab a bowl, rip up little pieces of chapati, mix it all with my hand, and justย went for it.

Then I feel itโmy momโs death stare. You know the one. Like, โChild, I raised you better, and I will end you in front of guests if I have to.โ But did I stop? Nope. Because thatโs how you eat Paya Curry, and I was not about to fake it for anyone.

And the plot twist? My husband still married me after that performance. So yeahโฆ Paya Curry: 1, Momโs glare: 0.

Very tasty, we enjoyed it.
Note: 5 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste is to much. In the Instruction the bay leaves and cinnamon stick is missing.

5 tbsp if you're using homemade ginger garlic paste because it's not that concentrated.
but 2 tbsp if you're using store-bought ginger garlic paste.
it will help remove the smell of the trotters.
ya cinnamon stick and bayleaf are added. sorry my mistake about that.
