30-Minute Pakistani Keema Karahi effortlessly combines simplicity and speed—quick, easy, and full of flavor with my homemade Karahi Masala on stovetop. Every bite bursts with flavor .
WHAT IS KEEMA KARAHI?
30-Minute Pakistani Keema Karahi is a flavorful and easy-to-make version of ground beef Karahi, rooted in authentic Pakistani cuisine. It's a Pakistani recipe I always look forward to during trips to Karachi, especially at highway stops—it's a must-have tradition for us.
Similar to traditional Pakistani Karahi dishes like Mutton Karahi and Chicken Karahi. This Keema Karahi is bursting with flavor and comes together effortlessly.
This Karahi has a tomato-based, and I believe the rich flavor of Karahi wouldn't be complete without the addition of tomatoes. Keema Karahi is incomplete without my homemade Karahi Masala.
With just a few ingredients, you can create the perfect Pakistani main dish recipe. Keema Karahi is a must-have at almost every party I host. Another Keema dish I love serving is Dum Ka Keema, and I often alternate between these two when entertaining.
WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS RECIPE?
- it's easy and quick.
- It will impress everyone by its name and FLAVOR.
- It's effortless!
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED...
- Homemade Karahi Masala – Made with just a few ingredients, I prepare it in bulk so I always have some ready.
- Tomatoes – Four tomatoes are perfect for 1 lb of ground beef.
- Ground beef- If you don't eat beef, you can substitute with ground chicken, lamb, or even turkey. If using ground chicken, I recommend reducing the number of tomatoes to 2 for every 1 lb of ground chicken.
- Ginger garlic paste- I prefer using homemade ginger garlic paste for its enhanced flavor, but store-bought versions work just as well as a substitute.
