Pakistani Tangy Achari Gosht (Mutton Curry Recipe) is super easy and quick to makeโready in just 30 minutes with an Instant Pot.
Pakistani Tangy Achari Gosht (Mutton Curry Recipe) is easy to make and full of zesty, pickled flavor. This classic dish giving the mutton its signature Achari taste.

This recipe is extra special to me because it was one of the very first dishes my husband ever made for me. I still remember the aroma filling the kitchenโtangy, spicy, and comforting all at once.

He later admitted that he knew that it was one of my favorite dishes he was scared out of his mind while making this recipe for me.

We sat down together, laughing over how much pickle masala he may have โaccidentallyโ added, but the flavors turned out perfect. Every time I cook it now, it takes me back to that moment, reminding me not just of the taste, but of the love and thought he put into making it.
