Homemade Samosa Chaat With Yogurt is a union of sweet, tangy, and delicious ingredients. It's perfect for Iftar and appetizer for your next tea party.

    WHAT IS SAMOSA CHAAT?

Homemade Samosa Chaat With Yogurt is a tangy, sweet, mild spicy, the most flavorful Chana Aloo Chaat mixture, along with some splendid chutneys. This appetizer recipe originated in North India but now it's extremely popular in Pakistan at Iftar spread or as an appetizer.

This Pakistani recipe is popular street food in Pakistan. The Samosa Chaat is extremely easy and quick to come together, almost all the ingredients can be made ahead of time just like my Golgabbay Chaat recipe.

    WHY MAKE THIS RECIPE?

    • It's easy and quick.
    • One of the most delicious appetizers.
    • It's a perfect appetizer to go with a formal high tea or casual dinner party.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Potato Samosas- You can use homemade samosa or use store-bought like me.
    • Aloo Chana Chaat- To include this version of Aloo Chana Chaat is to know your samosa chaat will be packed with flavors.
    • Chutneys- Regular Green chutney and Khatti Meethi Chutney are essential for this recipe.

    HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA CHAAT?

    Prepare the yogurt mixture.

    Samosas

Add yogurt mixture on top of samosas.

    Next add Aloo Chana Chaat.

    Add the chutneys.

Sprinkle some cilantro and sev on top. Enjoy!

    HOW TO STORE IT?

This Samosa Chaat recipe isn't freezing friendly, although it's kind of refrigerator friendly recipe. It would last in the refrigerator for 2-3 days after being fully assembled keep in mind if you decide to refrigerated it's going to soggy. Make the Samosa Chaat when you're ready to serve it just prep all the ingredients ahead of time.
