    Homemade Paneer Tikka Roll With Paratha also known as Paneer Kathi Roll is mild-spicy paneer tikka flavor, complemented by an irresistible blend of Green chutney, all wrapped in the flakey crispiness of paratha. Even better, they are quick and easy to prepare.

    WHAT IS PANEER TIKKA ROLL?

    Homemade Paneer Tikka Roll With Paratha is Paneer Tikka wrapped in fried flatbread (Paratha). This is also known as the famous Paneer Kathi Roll. This is purely an Indian recipe. Although there's a restaurant named Kathi Roll Company, their Kathi roll are the best.

    I introduced this beauty and deliciousness of Paneer Tikka Roll with my wife after we got married but there are different types of rolls such as an Anda Roll and Chicken Tikka Roll. This Indian appetizer recipe will be a delight for your tastebuds.

    WHAT IS PANEER TIKKA?

    Paneer Tikka consists of Indian cottage cheese cubes marinated in a blend of powdered spices and yogurt, accompanied by thick, square-cut pieces of onion and bell pepper. These marinated ingredients are then threaded onto skewers and grilled on a stovetop until golden on all sides.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Paneer Tikka- Bite size Indian cottage cheese, and yes if you can't find Indian cottage cheese subtitute some tofu.
    • Paratha- Indian fried flatbread that can be homemade or store-bought.
    • Green Chutney Raita- This can be ahead of time.
    • Tomatoes and lettuce- Any veggies of your choice but these veggies are the most common to go in this roll.

    HOW TO MAKE PANEER TIKKA ROLL?

    Prepare the Paneer Tikka, Paratha, Green chutney, and chop the tomato and lettuce. Setup all the ingredients like this.

    Spread the Green Chutney Raita across the paratha.

    Add on the Paneer Tikka.

    Next add the lettuce and tomato, sprinkle some chaat masala and fresh lemon juice.

    Wrap it in a parchment paper.

    Enjoy!

    WHAT TO SERVE WITH?

    Serve Paneer Tikka Roll with luscious Green Chutney or tangy and sweet Khaati Meethi Chutney.

    HOW TO STORE THEM?

    Store these Paneer Tikka Rolls in a ziplock bag; they will stay fresh for 3-4 days. Paneer Tikka, when fully assembled, isn't ideal for freezing. However, you can prepare the Paneer Tikka ahead of time and store it in the freezer, where it will keep well for 1-2 months

    Ingredients

    • 4 skewers paneer tikka
    • 4 paratha
    • green chutney raita
    • tomato roughly chopped
    • lettuce roughly chopped
    • fresh lemon juice
    • chaat masala powder

    Instructions

    • Prepare the Paneer Tikka, Parathas, Green Chutney, and chop the veggies. Setup all the ingredients like the picture from the process shots.
    • Spread the Green Chutney Raita across the Paratha.
    • Add on the Paneer Tikka.
    • Next add on tomato, lettuce, fresh lemon juice, and chaat masala.
    • Wrap the Paratha with all its content inside.
    • Next wrap the Paratha in a parchment paper.
    • Enjoy with some fresh Green chutney and Khaati Meethi Chutney.
