Vaquas: Hi! I'm back with the brand new recipe. I couldn't think of a better recipe than a street lassi recipe. My mom used to make lassi after a long day of playing cricket in India. Sarah remembers the way her cousins and her would gather up in the car and go have lassi at midnight. If you're South Asian you have one or more memories associated with lassi hence it's one of the most popular drinks in South Asia.

The yogurt will create a cooling effect in your drink. Such a perfect drink for hot summer months. Actually, Sarah and I make this recipe through out the year as well. Don't worry about whipping the yogurt because the blender will do that job really well.

Lassi is beneficial for your immune system since its rich with Vitamin D, Calcium, and lactic acid. Lassi is amazing for your digestive system as well especially if you use my secret ingredient BLACK SALT. Lassi is yogurt based so it's has plenty of probiotics which helps support bacterial balance in your digestive system.

There are various way to make lassi. I love my way because it's sweet and salt all mixed in one. As always this is a toddler friendly drink. I hope you give this recipe a try.
